Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: We will produce any quantity required.


Q: What are your payment terms?

A: A pro-forma invoice will normally be arranged for the first order.
    Thereafter, 30 days settlement from date of invoice applies for future orders.

Q: How long will it take to produce my labels?

A: It would normally take 5-7 working days from receipt of order/approved artwork to produce your labels,
    but if you have an urgent requirement please get in touch and we will do our best to help.


Q: How do I supply my artwork?

A: You can send us your artwork by post, email or via ftp.
    Please download our 'Guide to creating artwork' and our file 'How to use ftp'


Q: Can you produce my artwork?

A: Yes. We have an art department, equipped with Apple Macintosh computers
     where we can produce artwork to your specifications.


Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: All labels are normally delivered next day free of charge
