What is the Zero Labels and Zero Foild 2 Landfill scheme?
The Zero Labels and Zero Foil 2 Landfill scheme is a UK-wide environmental initiative designed to eliminate label waste from going to landfill within the printing and packaging industry.
Run by Reconomy and sponsored by the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF Labels), the program enables label producers, converters, and related businesses to recycle or recover materials that would otherwise be discarded. These include matrix waste, glassine liners, siliconized papers, waste foil on cores, and set-up reels.
